That’s terrible to hear you had this experience. How did you send the funds? Please contact the admin on the group you found this ‘donor’ remove him so he can’t rip anyone else off.

Best thing is to look at the pinned post at the top of the group or the ‘about’ that often shows the admin of the groups or moderators, or you can just make a post asking for someone from admin to contact you. It’s a shame there are such scumbags out there who are willing to do this to someone after their dream.
